I provide Local SEO, Digital Marketing, Website Design & Development, and Graphic Design services (Canva and custom assets) tailored to small and medium businesses.
How do I start a project with you?
Contact me via the site contact form, email, or WhatsApp. I’ll arrange a short discovery call to learn about your goals, timeline, and budget, then send a proposal and next steps.
What is your typical project turnaround time?
Turnaround depends on the service: small design tasks usually take 3–7 business days, website projects 2–4 weeks, and SEO/marketing campaigns are ongoing with measurable improvements in 1–3 months.
Do you offer packages or custom quotes?
Both. I offer ready-made packages for common needs and provide custom quotes for projects that need specific features or long-term strategy.
Which industries do you serve?
I work across many industries, including travel agencies, local services, retail, education, healthcare, and e-commerce, with notable experience serving Muslim-community focused businesses and travel/Umrah services.
How do you measure success for SEO and marketing projects?
I measure success using KPIs such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, local pack visibility, lead volume, conversion rates, and ROI. Clients receive regular reports and actionable recommendations.
Will I own the designs and website after the project?
Yes. After final payment, you receive ownership of design files and website assets. Note that licensed third-party resources (fonts, stock images) may have separate license terms.
What are your revision and support policies?
Most offerings include a limited number of revision rounds. Post-delivery support and maintenance plans are available for ongoing updates, backups, and security.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept bank transfers, Payoneer PayPal, and other local payment methods when available. Payment terms (deposit and milestones) are specified in every proposal.

Do you offer contracts and NDAs?
Yes. I provide a service agreement for each engagement and can sign an NDA upon request.
How do you handle late or urgent requests?
I accommodate urgent requests when possible. Expedited delivery may require an additional fee. For longer projects we schedule milestones to avoid last-minute pressure.
